The mould core cavity material uses DC53 mold steel and goes through vacuum deep cooling/heating treatment, slow tapping and CNC processing. The mould achieves automatic reset through nitrogen cylinder and fast change through servo motor, and the mold service life is as long as 2 million cycles.
