Product overview

The QX series submersible engineering pump is manufactured as per GB/T 25409 2010 Small-size submersible motor-pumps. This pump uses cables that are at least 10 m long. Specially designed for infrastructure construction project drainage, this pump is of a lower suction structure which enables it to completely pump water accumulated on the operation surface to the greatest extent, thus it fills in the gap in the low-power, lower suction-type and high-lift electric submersible pump. A cooling jacket is added on the motor housing of the self-cooling submersible engineering pump. Such a cooling system can reliably cool the motor no matter when the electric pump operates under or above water, thus prolonging the lifetime of the electric pump.

Product use:

It is mainly applicable to unwatering or drainage for the operation surface of the infrastructure construction project; it can also be used for farmland drainage and irrigation, garden watering, fishpond drainage and irrigation, ship bilge drainage, sprinkling irrigation, flushing, fire control, etc.

Operating conditions

1 The flow at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift range);

2 The submergence depth shall not exceed 5 m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the order is placed;

3 The water temperature shall not exceed + 40°C;

4 The pH valve shall be 5 ~ 9;

5 The motor shall not run without water for too long time;

6 The volume ratio of solid particles in sewage shall be less than 2%, and the viscosity shall below 5 s.
