Product overview:
The BQS series explosion-proof electric submersible mining sand pump is manufactured as per MTT 671-2005 Flameproof submerge electric pump for coalmine. The electric pump is provided with an anti-explosion mark of “ExdIMb” and certified by the MA enter. There are upper-pump-type, lower-pump-type, built-in and semi built-in pumps. An upper-pump structure is vertical, with the pump installed above the motor and water flowing in from the middle of the electric pump; a lower-pump structure is vertical, with the pump installed below the motor and water flowing in from the bottom of the electric pump. A built-in electric pump has a prolonged lifetime as water flows through the motor interlayer and uses 10 m long explosion-proof cables certified by the MA center. This pump is an energy-efficient product featuring superior sand removal performance; wear resistance and leakproofness, high reliability, good safety and excellent anti-explosion performance when compared with pumps of the same type. It can install in a vertical, inclined or horizontal manner.
Product use:
It is applicable to discharge of sewage containing solid particles like coal slag, silt and stone dust in the environments containing gas, coal dust and explosive gas mixture such as the non-excavation working surface, roadway, bottom water pit, central water sump of a coal mine as well as pumping of water in places involving engineering emergency handling, removal of water into the mine bottom, etc.
Operating conditions:
1 The pump shall be used in shallow water (with the water level not lower than the water suction hood) or submerged in water (at a depth not exceeding 5 m);
2 The temperature of the pumped medium shall not exceed 40°C; and the working ambient temperature shall be 0°C ~ 40°C;
3 The pH value of the pumped medium shall be 6 ~ 8;
4 The volume concentration of solid particles in the medium shall not exceed 2%, and the density of the pumped medium shall not be greater than 1.2 × 103 kg/m3;
5 The maximum particle size of solids in the medium shall not be greater than 50% of the minimum size of the cross section of passage.
