Product overview:

With the motor, water pump and pipelines integrated together and the outer cylinder working as the water flow channel and the motor cooling water chamber, the QZ series submersible axial-flow pump has a perfect compact structure and can be installed easily. It is the most scientific and reasonable pump suitable for drought relief, drainage, flood prevention and sewage treatment in areas along rivers and lakes with a frequent water level fluctuation. This pump can simplify the civil works of a pump station, lower the engineering cost, reduce the installation area and operate efficiently and reliably; it is specially suitable for disaster relief in flood-stricken areas as it is resistant to water logging and can operate once powered on; it is of a compact structure, with a large flow; it is configured with built-in protection devices for water and oil leakage, over temperature, etc. An unmanned pump station can be achieved through special control, automatic startup and shutdown and remote automatic control can be realized through setting of the water level, which generates a low management cost and brings great economical and social benefits.

Product use:

It is applicable to industrial and agricultural water supply, urban water supply, discharge of slightly polluted water, flood control ,drainage and drought relief for lake regions and dikes, municipal engineering drainage, civil air defense system drainage, farmland drainage and irrigation, supply and discharge of circulating cooling water for coal-fired power stations and nuclear power stations, water supply and discharge for industrial and mining enterprises and shipyards as well as drainage for sewage treatment projects.

Operating conditions:

1 The flow at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift range);

2 The submergence depth shall not exceed 5 m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the order is placed;

3 The water temperature shall not exceed + 40 °C;

4 The pH valve shall be 5 ~ 9;
