Product overview:

The QXN series built-in electric submersible engineering pump is manufactured as per GB/T 25409 2010 Small-size submersible motor-pumps. This pump uses 10 m long cables. Developed through direction connection of the dry-type or oil-immersed motor and the pump, it is of a unique lower-suction, upper-discharge and self-cooling structure in which water flows out of the part between the outer cylinder and the motor base to cool the motor and achieve a good self-cooling effect so that the disadvantages of other electric submersible pumps that can't operate without water are avoided and the lifetime of the electric pump is significantly prolonged. This pump features small outer diameter, light weight, lower suction structure, easy operation and good capability of draining shallow water on the operation surfaces of ship bilges, infrastructure construction sites, mines, etc. Besides, the pump designed with a flange interface on the suction end can be used as a pipeline pump in the fields such as pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings and pressurized agricultural sprinkling irrigation.

Product use:

It is applicable to drainage for operation surfaces of water conservancy projects, urban construction projects, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., ship bilge drainage, agricultural drainage and irrigation, well water lifting, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings and infrastructure construction site drainage.

Operating conditions:

1 The flow at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift range);

2 The submergence depth shall not exceed 5 m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the order is placed;

3 The water temperature shall not exceed + 40 °C;

4 The pH valve shall be 5 ~ 9;

5 The volume ratio of solid particles in sewage shall be less than 2%, and the viscosity shall below 5 s;

6 The solid particle shall be able to pass the filter screen or grille.
